Bramhall Rangers On tour in the fast lane

This picture was taken in Portugal at 87miles per hours in the fast lane. No real reason to put this in just thought it was better than another picture of me. They will
be on the way I asure you. Now there is only 5 days to go and already the mind games have started. I have stated that I will be running as fast as I can which is no disgrace to admit. Shiz, in his last statement, said he would be running his own race. I like to see myself as the Jose Morinho of this little epic, Out spoken over confident, good looking. Where as Shiz is the Arsene Wenger, intellengent, quietly optimistic and quality in his approach. But in the end, over the greater distance of a season, there is no question that this Jose will win win and win again. Stick that in ya pipe and smoke it Shiz. How do you like that for mind games. (with any aggressive behaviour there is always an emotional response.)

7 days to go, O and Justin's girl in Portugal.

I wasn't lying about 'that girl in Portugal'. As you can see Justin like them mature. I did think about putting some pictures of myself up and I will but up a nice little gallery once Rascle sends me that New years photo.
Did my run this morning if anyone is interest. It was the greatest distance that I have ever done and I am now a cool 11 stone 12.5 lb on the scales, sweet. Anyway I'm taking too much of the spot light off Justine, Look how happy he is. But wasn't this the night we got knocked out of the Euro's.

Smart, successful and dam good looking. Posted by Picasa

Captains Log Suplimental.

It has been an interesting morning so far. I have not been for a run yet. I start typing out the Portugal journal that I kept and reading it I realised it was a story even Belch wouldn't tell. Off to see my grandma and then will drop in on Slovich.
